Kotak Kanya Scholarship 2024-25

Kotak Kanya Scholarship is a partnership between Kotak Mahindra Group and Kotak Education Foundation that supports the educational aspirations of young women. This scholarship program provides financial aid to bright girls from low-income families, helping them pursue professional degrees after completing high school.

Eligibility

• Open for meritorious female students across India.
• Applicants must have scored 75% or more marks or equivalent CGPA in Class 12 board examinations.

• Applicant's annual family income must be less than INR 6,00,000.
• Meritorious girl students who have secured admission to the first year of graduation programs in the academic year 2024-25 in institutes of repute like NIRF/NAAC accredited for professional graduation degrees like Engineering, MBBS, BDS, Integrated LLB (5 Years), B.Sc. Nursing, B. Pharmacy, Integrated BS-MS/BS-Research in ISER, IISC (Bangalore), or other professional courses (Design, Architecture, etc.). For the list of approved colleges, click here.
• Children of employees of Kotak Mahindra Group, Kotak Education Foundation and Buddy4Study are not eligible to apply for the Kotak Kanya Scholarship 2024-25.

Each selected scholar will receive an annual scholarship of INR 1.5 lakh to help cover the costs of their professional graduation course/degree. This scholarship can be used for tuition fees, hostel fees, internet, transportation, laptops, books, and stationery.

3. ITR of parents for FY 2023-24 (if available)
4. Fee structure (for academic year 2024-25)
5. Bonafide student certificate/letter from college
6. College seat allocation document
7. College Entrance Examination Scorecard
8. Aadhaar card
9. Bank passbook
10. A passport-size photograph
11. Disability certificate (if applicable)
12. Death certificate of parent (for single parent/orphan candidates) 
13. Photographs of the house
